We have a well-managed production facility that helps us respond to bulk orders. We are equipped with modern tools and equipment.
We believe that with great infrastructure comes great quality. Quality is our forte and we stand by it throughout the manufacturing process right up to dispatch. Our skilled and experienced professionals take great care to ensure no harmful chemicals or fertilizers are used.
Our factory is situated in an area of 8 acres which includes a separate washing and drying facility covering an area of 1.5 lacs Sq.ft.
All the raw materials for manufacturing are procured from reliable vendors. Our facility is divided into different departments to facilitate smooth production.
Husk is procured from farmers for processing.
Coco peat is stored in the factory yards for a period of ageing. This is then washed with fresh water. Then checked for its quality and then dried in our concrete drying yards. The dried materials are sieved to remove the short fibres and then blended according to different quality requirements of our clients. This is then pressed into Coco Peat Blocks / Bales, Bricks , Coco Peat Grow Bags, Open Top Grow Bags, 650 grams briquette, Disk coin etc., and finally ready for dispatch.
All the drying yards are completely clean and free from weeds, seeds and contaminations with clean environment.
